I am starting to get used to my new schedule… with NO MBA! It feels like having 2 days off to do my things between workdays… wait! This is what I really have now! Yeah! I changed my training program this week. My workout time drop to 4 days a week but I increased my session from 40 minutes to 65 minutes. With this program, I should finally be able to drop at 170 lbs… still at 180lbs for so many weeks now L I will look at a nice place for our company congress this weekend.
